People don’t change. Only technology does.

Know the people with whom you are trying to connect – their demographic, where they live, their buying behaviour.

Understand what they want to hear from you – the benefits of your service, why they should choose you, social proof from other happy customers.

Remember to include a strong call to action – telling them exactly what they should do next.

Figure out whether the best method to reach those people is Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube…or even good old-fashioned print and email. (Yes, they still work!)
